Brockenhurst Airport Taxi

Brockenhurst Station is our most frequent pickup point. Trains from London Waterloo bring a steady stream of visitors who need onward travel, and the station forecourt is small, so we agree a meeting point in advance rather than circling.

Beyond the station we regularly collect from Careys Manor and SenSpa, Balmer Lawn, Rhinefield House, The Pig and the guest houses along Brookley Road and Lyndhurst Road, as well as private homes and holiday lets across the village.

For properties on the unfenced roads towards Rhinefield and Standing Hat, please give us the property name with the postcode. Ponies and cattle on the road slow the approach and satnav coverage is patchy, so a landmark helps the driver reach you on time.

We do not publish a price list, because a single figure would be honest for almost nobody. Southampton and Bournemouth are short runs from the village; Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted are long ones — and within each route the pickup point, the time of day and the vehicle all move the fare.

Instead, every journey gets its own fixed quote in writing before you book. Send the pickup address, airport, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage, and the figure that comes back is the figure you pay — it does not change because traffic was heavier than expected on the day.

A group of five with a full set of cases needs a different vehicle from a couple with hand luggage, and the price follows the vehicle. Airport drop-off and car park charges sit outside the journey fare and are itemised on the quote where they apply.

A 07:00 departure from Heathrow means leaving Brockenhurst around 03:30. That is not a journey to arrange the night before, so we ask for airport bookings as far ahead as you can manage — particularly across school holidays and the summer, when the village is busy and driver availability tightens.
