Quote confirmed in writing before travel, with the drop-off point at Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 agreed in advance.

Return transfers available with flight number monitoring.

The route, and where it slows down

From Brockenhurst the run is A337 to the M27 at Cadnam, north on the M3 past Winchester and Basingstoke, then a short westward hop on the M25 to the airport spur. It is almost entirely motorway and covers around 85 miles.

The predictable pinch point is the M3/M25 interchange around Sunbury, which backs up from roughly 06:30 on weekdays. For a flight departing before 09:00 we normally leave Brockenhurst about three and a half hours ahead, which covers that junction as well as check-in and security.

Which terminal you need

Heathrow has four operating terminals and they are not close together, so the terminal matters more here than at any other airport we serve. Airlines do move between terminals, so check yours on your booking or the airport's own terminal lookup close to travel rather than relying on where an airline used to fly from.

Tell us the terminal when you request the quote and the driver goes straight there. Getting it wrong means the inter-terminal transit with your luggage, at the point in the morning when you have least patience for it.

Long-haul luggage and returns

More of our Heathrow work is long-haul than any other route, which in practice means more and heavier cases per passenger. The £155 guide fare covers a Sedan or Estate one way, and for four adults with full hold allowance an estate is the sensible booking rather than a saloon.

For the return leg, give us the inbound flight number. Long-haul arrivals into Heathrow are the ones most likely to land early or late, and immigration queues at Terminals 2 and 5 vary enormously by time of day. We check the landing time before the driver sets off and allow the usual airport waiting window from touchdown.

Fares, vehicles and what is included

Every route priced in one table, what the fare covers and what is charged separately, and the passenger and luggage capacity of each vehicle class.

Questions

Airport transfer FAQ

Which Heathrow terminal do you drop at?

Whichever one you are flying from. Confirm the terminal on your booking or with the airline close to travel, tell us when you request the quote, and the driver goes directly there.

What time should I leave Brockenhurst for a morning Heathrow flight?

For a departure before 09:00 we normally suggest leaving around three and a half hours ahead, which allows for the M3/M25 interchange at Sunbury plus check-in and security.

How much is a taxi from Brockenhurst to Heathrow Airport?

Our lowest one-way fare for this journey is from £155 for Sedan/Estate cars carrying up to four passengers — that is the price from the part of the New Forest closest to the route, so a Brockenhurst pickup is usually quoted above it. It does not include airport drop-off or car park charges. Send your pickup address, passenger numbers and luggage and we will confirm a fixed price in writing before you book.
